Exclusive Chef Masterclass at City of Glasgow College
Just announced: Exclusive Chef Masterclass with Gary Maclean at City of Glasgow College.
The evening will commence with a glass of winning Prosecco and Canapes from the Royal Canape Competition at Buckingham Palace. Following this will be an introduction from Gary himself before he will go on to treat guests with live demonstrations . His masterclass will focus on how to source, prepare and cook some of the finest Scottish food available on the high street. It expected to be an evening of fun and excitement, with high levels of audience participation expected.
At the end of the event guests will have the opportunity to take pictures with Gary as well as take away recipe cards from Gary’s evening demonstrations. With a high turnout expected, the event is certainly not one to be missed.
Gary has said: “Hosting this exclusive event in the college lecture theatre is an honour for me and will allow the assembled audience to not only watch as I prepare and cook my dishes but see how a professional chef works under pressure”.
The event takes place July 27th from 6pm-8pm.
